Neem Cake Pellets/ Powder Organic Manure
Neem seeds are washed to clean any soil attached to the seeds. It is then Dried and graded to remove any rock particles. The neem seeds that are free from any contamination , cleaned Neem seeds are passed through the mechanical expeller to crush and expel neem oil from the seeds. and release the oil. The ensuing bi-product is called neem cake. As the Neem Cake expels out, it is conveyed to the hammer mill where it is ground to powder. residue is collected separately which is Neem Cake. The neem cake is powdered and The powdered Neem product is then conveyed to the Pellet Press.
Neem Cake Pellets/Powder Organic Manure can be used directly and/or in blends with urea or with other organic manure like seaweed or farmyard manure to an extent of 15-20% by weight, for higher yields in various crops. Advantages of Neem Cake Pellets/Powder:
